WHAT'S INCLUDED?

All packages begin with a one hour deep dive, followed by coaching sessions at the pace that suits you best.

There is no time limit on your sessions, and packages don’t expire.

You can transfer sessions to another person, but coaches sessions are non-refundable.

Monthly memberships require a 6 month commitment.

3 months 8-45 min. sessions
Take on an area of life that’s keeping you from thriving, breakthrough limiting beliefs, past experiences, unhealthy habits, and self-sabotage to completely change an area like – health, finances, relationships, career, etc.

6 months 16-45 min. sessions
Coaching through massive change in several categories of life, allowing for support to make progress on a weekly basis, watching the shifts unfold in a ripple effect in multiple areas of life.
This is also a great package for someone wanting to do something extraordinary – grow a business, compete internationally, lose 50 lbs, etc.

12 months, 24 – 45 min. sessions
This package is designed to resolve to achieve your goals.
Consistent follow through, accountability to intensions, raise the bar, and execute on our desires.
This kind of accountability can make a transformation that lasts a lifetime.
Imagine what you could achieve if you followed through with your aspirations for a full year!

24 – 60 min. sessions to be used by anyone in the Family/Business at any time
Can be used individually, as group calls, family strategy sessions, and even business coaching sessions.
This package allows you to have everyone you care about supported when they need it.

3 – 2 hour sessions
This specialized NLP program includes Mental Emotional Release Therapy (MER) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to clear up painful past experiences, limiting beliefs, and inner conflicts.
This breakthrough package will help you let go of experiences and beliefs that no longer serve you, then lay the foundation for a healthy next chapter.

This package is for a select few that are looking for full immersion.
As your private coach, I’ll support ALL aspects of your wellbeing on a daily basis.
